Angel Pam West

Angel Pam West is a music educator, an early childhood music specialist, a registered Music Together teacher, a performing singer/songwriter/ composer, and recording artist who runs a community music center called The Community Music & Arts Network in the Catskill mountains of New York. She runs all ages music programming for the geographically isolated and economically challenged mountain community. She has released multiple albums on her label Angelfly Records, including a new children's album called "Unicorn Crossing," which is available on CD Baby.com (www.cdbaby.com/angelpamwest). The album is a gorgeous and well-crafted collection of animal parables that will appeal to listeners of all ages.

"Miss Pam" as she is known to her families, is a versatile singer and plays guitar, piano, flute, bassoon, drums/percussion, and dabbles in the mandolin. She currently performs locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally, as a solo artist, in a duo with her husband called "Diviner," in a Led Zeppelin cover band called "Led it Be," and as a children's performer. For fun, she is a symphonic bassoonist with the Catskill Valley Wind Ensemble. She holds a B.S. of Science in Education, a Masters of Music Education, and is a certified K-12 Music teacher in New York State.

Pam also has her own kid-friendly radio show called "Miss Pam's Jamboree" on 91.3 FM WIOX Roxbury from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Wednesday afternoons. The show can be streamed on the web at www.wioxradio.org
